Okay, here are the facts. We have a store. We sell all kinds of stuff; food, supplies for hygiene, etc. We also sell prepaid load credits, so we have two cellphones in the store for the purpose of selling said load credit.
So here's what happened. I was writing my reply on the Elisa Lam case when I was asked if I saw the phones. Apparently, they were already missing. So they went and looked for the phones in the store. A few minutes later, they return and tell me that the phones were missing. So I went to the store myself, that's why the reply ended abruptly.
Think of the store's layout as a room. A door at the back of the room (that's where we enter), two walls at opposite sides, and a window where we hand products and they pays us at the front. Think of the said window as the window at a bank. Those glass windows with small holes so you could communicate with the bank teller. It's like that, only instead of glass, it's made of metal bars, and instead of the holes, there's a window at the center. The window is large enough to fit a bunch of stuff, including a human.
I just found it funny that something like this happened while I was at a site like this.
Anyway, I guess I should put additional info on the brainstorming section, huh.

Well this sucks. Just found out my reply for the Elisa Lam case wasn't posted. I pressed the wrong fucking button.

You should include as much details as possible. There are still some details that I didn't get. How far do you live from the store? What time did this all happen? Also, your description of the store wasn't the most vivid, it would be best if you supplied us with pictures of your store, if that's okay.
